It's very good and works wonderfully but my cats are older and don't pay much attention to it. Once charged via USB with the help of the supplied cable, you need to press the power button for three seconds. If you press it again, it changes modes, and if you hold it down for more than three seconds, it turns off. It comes with a small brochure that explains the operating modes. It's great for a young kitten.
